Benefits for Seniors
Qualifying seniors benefit from the Senior Community
Service Employment Program (SCSEP) in a variety of ways. After
a detailed assessment to determine experience, areas of interest,
skills etc., each participant receives an Individual Development
Plan (IDP). The IDP includes the training, job assignments,
and strategies needed to become job ready in todays
highly competitive job market. Enrollees receive employment
services, support, and referrals from the SCSEP employment
and training network, all the tools needed to find the right
job. Most importantly, SCSEP enrollees begin to earn money
right away; they are paid during their training and job assignments.
Which allows them to meet their financial needs while seeking
and preparing for work. Call today to find out if you qualify
and start putting the SCSEP network to work for you.
