Case Management - Enables older persons with functional impairments
to obtain services which promote and maintain
an optimum level of functioning in the least restrictive
setting.

Adult Day Care - Provides socialization
and activities for older adults who ar frail, and respite for their
caregivers. This enables the older individual to remain in the community
rather than being placed in a long-term care facility.

Transportation - Escort transportation
from home to appointments is provided in the city of Madera; meal site transportation is provided throughout
Fresno County and the city of Fresno.

Legal Assistance - Free assistance
is provided for civil matters, including tenant/landlord problems;
Social Security/SSI; disability; food stamps; general
relief; Medi-Cal; unemployment insurance benefits; health
care issues; immigration; senior citizens problems;
education/youth; labor; homeless issues; and temporary
restraining orders if there is physical abuse.
