A Matter of Balance (8-week class)
Are you concerned about falling? A Matter of Balance is an evidence-based 8-week workshop that helps older adults reduce their fear of falling, build confidence, and increase physical activity through simple strength and balance exercises. Open to adults aged 60+ in Fresno and Madera Counties, this program empowers participants to view falls as controllable, set goals for staying active, and make small changes to reduce fall risks at home.
