 Floods, fires, power outages, terrorist threats--if an emergency strikes

 today, do you have the supplies you'll need to take care of yourself until

 help arrives? 

Basic Emergency Supplies
  Water-At least 1 gallon per person per day for at least 3 days
  Non-perishable food
  Can opener (manual), paper plates, plastic utensils
  Medications, both prescription and non-prescription
  File of Life© completed with medication & emergency information
  First aid kit
  Battery-powered radio with extra batteries
  Flashlight and extra batteries
  Light sticks (also known as "glow" sticks)
  Matches in waterproof container
  Extra pet food and water for pets
